      Steady industry, decent benefits, M-F work week. Paid vacations and holidays.

      Cons

      Enormous company with so many small branches, there seems to be a disconnect. Lower wages than I'm used to making. Because no one at the branch level really knows who upper management is, they are always the ones that are "blamed" when we are short product, don't receive wage increases, etc.
