Pros
good equipment regular schedule I worked for airgas starting in 2000 to mid 2007 I had the best run of my driving career there I worked in the northern California area San Jose and Salinas ca left there and moved north to the wine country worked for there competitor for three years and linde a bulk gas supplier for three years so i have been exposed to the gas industry then one year otr with prior driving experience so all told 25 years or 2 1/2 million miles of driving with two accidents not dot reportable one overweight and one miss placarded ticket moved to Portland and was rehired by airgas in 2015 my 30 day review was fine
Cons
my 60 day review was not and i was let go just prior to my 90 days in this time i got very little feed back and was asked a number of times how it was going i was not perfect but did no damage was on time and enthusiastic until my 60 day review I do believe that one manager made sure i failed because i was from California and taking a job from an Oregonian I do not fault airgas and do own and recommend you buy stock in airgas as top management is the best but in the nor pac region don't say you are from California
