      Pros

      Positioned for continued growth as the leading industrial, medical and institutional gas supplier in the US. A solid company with an incredible and steady track record of earnings and opportunity.

      Cons

      The admin function was moved from Regional to Divisional accountability in 2013. This move separated the functions from the customers they are servicing, which in turn may prove to be adverse.

      Political, limited growth outside of Radnor headquarters, high health insurance premiums and lack of appreciation

      Pros

      The company has a lot of equipment. Exelante benefit package offered at start of employment. The largest, fattest handbook.

      Cons

      Airgas has the largest management structure known to man. Benefits although good, very expensive. Thier reputation proceeds them with lousy customer service and support. They offer a contract that is difficult to get out of. Talking to management is like talking to a wall. It goes nowhere. They promise the customer great prices but what good is that if you don't give good timely service. They have the longest list of former customers than any company out there. The only way that the company grows is by purchasing mom and pop company's. Then they trample the new employees and get them to leave.
