      Pros

      The staff was great to work with. Upper management is very tight knit and knows what they are doing, even if it does not seem like it at the time.

      Cons

      The process is lengthy and tedious to become a sales executive but worth it if you stay long term. At least 5 years.

      Pros

      Lots of training for opportunities to close transaction. Good benefits. Good pay. Willing to help employees out to learn more about the industry to become successful.

      Cons

      Some task needs to be done with customer service or sales support instead of the sales representatives handling them. Make sure that the branches PGI the purchase orders more timely.
