      Good company but poorly mismanaged

      Pros

      Good pay, some great and knowledgeable people, good advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Risk being fired before retirement and the company is poorly managed, at least in the area I worked. Not the greatest benefits

      Good thus far

      Pros

      Honestly, this is the real deal when it comes to building a territory and clientele. Everyone brings their "A" game every time, every day. It's challenging work but I wouldn't change it! Once you get a sale, you know it was exactly through work, effort and sweat. This is the real deal.

      Cons

      There's not much of a company culture when it comes to actual commingling because everyone is constantly on the phone working.

      Really take safety serious and listens to concerns.

      Quick to punish and doesn't listen/believe your side of what happened.
