Pros

Great hourly employees , good working hours , good ins

Cons

Below avg pay , very poor management , will write you up for anything , never sign anything they put in front of you , never go to human resources with a problem they will work against you to get you fired , seen it to many times . If your a woman , huge glass ceiling here . No training and lots of turn over , more you make the closer your are to leaving , going younger to pay less. Management will throw you under the bus so they don't look bad . Worst co I have ever worked At.

Pros

The whole process of learning how to fill highly compressed gas cylinders. Gaining the knowledge on how to analyze medical & food grade gases and how to use the instruments to perform said assay.

Cons

Very dangerous. Company seems to have started caring less about its employees and more about the stockholders

Pros

There is consistent safety training although many do not apply the information. Bi weekly salaried checks. Constant food from vendors and cookouts.

Cons

No sales training. Reps only sell based on lowest price. Most reps hired have no hunter mentality and due to recent changes in structure, Call centers are basically full of customer service reps and administrative assistant for outside sales team. Micromanagement is key to success. SAP is cumbersome, poorly designed and hard to learn. Call center environments as a whole are breeding ground for gossip and negativity. And that's at any company. Very little work gets done because reps are more focused on dress code and the latest gossip than closing the sale.
