      * Diversified Products & Suite of Services to offer * Strong additions to the Airgas Leadership team to keep the company moving in the right direction * Commitment to increasing strategic hiring and training current employees to grow in their respective careers

      No cons to note - the company is still relatively young and growing and there is so much to do so not for the faint of heart!

      Growing company that has a great product.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management team that work behind closed office doors or behind computers 90% of the day. For a company that says customer service is a priority, they are not willing to invest in the manpower to service their customers properly. No training. No processes or procedures in place.
