Sexual harassment is ok at Airgas, to the fact that upper management gets promoted or moved to another location to keep their jobs, and the case is pushed under the rug by human resources. Also if you are not in the so called clicks you will not survive at Airgas. Year and a half with no raise.

There is an extensive 6 week training, that is a crash course to learn 20% of the products Airgas sells. This is a SALES job so you need to know how to sell! They don't make that clear until the last week of training. The majority of the sales managers are under qualified for their positions. The company plays favorites, and is very unethical. Every 90 days you are reviewed, if you don't meet the unobtainable expectations you are fired or if they "like" you enough, they will give you 30 days probation.
