      Pay & health insurance was good

      Poor management at this loacation. we went from 40 hrs a week to 32 and was told if we dont like it we could quit and they would find someone else to do the job.Problems with equipment often over looked and ignored making for a bad day. Acting plant manager doesn't have a clue how to run a plant... No clue to what the senior management was thinking when they put Bart in charge

      Airgas use to a great place to work- good benefits- managers cared- not anymore- benefits are mediocre, raises to working employees very poor, only good thing is the schedule Yes the schedule is Mon-Friday, 7:30 to 4 ish. Hard to find in this type of industry.

      Cons

      If you have a degree- know nothing about the product, employees or customer service, Airgas will hire you. Overeducated idiots. No management skills or backing of employees, no knowledge, extremely poor customer service, new inventory system is awful, entire Roseburg, OR store walked out due to horrible system bought "by management" and shoved down employees and customer throats. Just a dreadful place to work, keep looking, SOMETHING else will come up!
