Pros
Ou of all the companies to work for in this area Airgas isn't the worst. It isn't the best either but better than most. The benefits are ok, but the pay needs to increase.
Cons
Nobody will admit it, but they have an unspoken motto of "more work for less pay". Everyone understands the concept of keeping OT down but to force that much work on an under staffed and under payed group of employees with the " no OT" hanging over your head, is unrealistic. There is no real Pay scale so some people are grossly under payed.
