      Different offices are handled differently. Terrible experience at one and can still have great experience at another.

      Pros

      It's a job, pretty easy to do as long as you are a people person.

      Cons

      Upper management expects too much, with a complete BS pay. Outside rep are put on a 70-30 sliding scale, depending on the area it could mean that the rep will only ever make 70% of the promised salary.
