* Continuous improvement at all levels * People listen and try to do good * Really supportive people * Company is better set up than ever

* Fast-moving market * Whiplash * Execs have outsized impact * Some execs are distant, which makes the execs that are around mouthpieces

Pros

The company is at the intersection of so much change in the tech market So many great global customers Accelerating opportunity in the market and for employee growth Amazing people - thoughtful, hard working, smart, genuine Very interesting problems to solve

Cons

Not enough people for all the opportunity so prioritization is key. It's very hard though Some days are stressful Scale of traffic/usage is rare / we google too many things that have no answer and are having to adapt quickly always.

Pros

They promote from within whenever possible, good growth opportunities. Ability to contribute to the overall health of the company as an individual is great given their size.

Cons

Uncertainty on long term company direction from E-staff. Lack of visibility into strategy and long-term positioning made me a bit uncomfortable hanging around.
