Pros

The team I worked with are fantastic. You're provided with the latest tech (laptops, work software, etc). They pay very well compared to industry standards.

Cons

There is clear favouritism within the office - no matter how hard you work, you'll not be rewarded for it unless you're apart of a certain group. If you're an eccentric person, you'll strive here. If you're an introvert, you'll struggle as the office is not very inviting at all. The office leaders are absolutely awful - there is no attempt to fix any kind of culture from the loss of our previous leader.

- rapid growth is hard to manage - maybe a few too many technologies in the stack - uneven management skills in senior technical staff

People are always happy to help and there is a good team ethos. Supply you with the right tools to do your job

Cons

Lack of resource is a big struggle and has a domino effect on the rest of the org and teams- a lot of people suffer burn out and aren’t being rewarded more for the more work they are having to do. Lack of communication from senior execs and lack of company vision to tackle competitors..
