Pros

I worked for the company before, during and after its transition to Airswift. The work is varied and enjoyable and the opportunities to work and develop in different locations are genuine.

Cons

Opportunities have been reduced by the downturn in the Oil and Gas sector. The company does not hold true to its value of transparency and integrity with its own staff. If you really want an international career and are prepared to sacrifice the above genuine opportunities do exist.

Pros

Enjoyed my crontacts with swift. Lots of great opportunities depending on where you live, Alaska and Texas mostly. Client managers were always easy to work with to negotiate new contracts, get ppe, benefits.

Cons

Benefits expensive for dependents.
