Pros

Flexible working, good benefits, fun and friendly culture in the London office, room for progression, staff achievements are more recognised, communication from the Board is much better than previously.

Cons

The downturn in the oil and gas market has meant that bonuses and pay rises haven't been common place in recent years. However, the Directors remain upbeat and positive. The merger between Air and Swift last year has thrown up lots of changes, with redundancies and office moves. It seems like we are through the worst of this now, and hope it is plain sailing going forward.

Good culture, fun atmosphere and people are treated well.

Cons

The downturn in the oil and gas industry over the last 3 to 4 years has made it hard on staff (pay rises, bonus etc..) but the company has weathered the storm better than others.
