Pros
#1 - The PEOPLE!!! Never have I worked with so many talented people, Typically you join an organization and within a couple of months, you figure out the noise makers and disrupters, but not here - everyone is a star performer so this works well if you like to be in a challenging environment that is pro-growth. #1A - Our PRODUCT - OMG, I loved the product before I came to the company, and now it's even better - who knew? I'm not saying it's perfect, but it's definitely scalable and extremely powerful. If you can dream it, we can more than likely create it. #2 - The CULTURE - the teams are growing and management cares (not just lip service). I've worked several places, including other startups and by far this is my best experience. We are nimble, and flexible and that's what's needed to continue to grow.
Cons
Growing pains and developing processes. If you want a mature organization that has lots of formalized processes - this IS NOT for you.
