I worked with some of the smartest and most driven people at Airtable. It was really encouraging, especially at the beginning before the rounds of layoffs came into play.

Cons

'Change is a constant' was a constant refrain, but often things weren't left alone long enough to really understand how effective they were. Strategies changed quickly and it created a lot of swirl.
