Pros
Airtable as a product is a cool idea; once you've seen a quick demonstration - it's easy to understand the hype.
Cons
I've heard Airtable described as "hyper-growthy," and there's something to that, although I've worked with other hyper growth companies that seem to have their head on straight. Most employees don't know how to use the product, HR functions are a mess (for instance - during their last layoff, they let go of their entire diversity team, their learning and development team, and other critical roles), the founders are completely detached from employees, and don't get me started on their return-to-work policies.
