Great benefits, culture and trajectory - mostly positive impression of leadership

Cons

Though there is plenty of opportunity, at times leadership is strange about promotions/titles/comp adjustments but with enough self-advocacy you can find opportunity.

Well-loved, workhorse product, fantastic co-workers

Cons

Support leadership is embarrassingly disconnected from employees and does not know how to use the Airtable product, sex-based discrimination in compensation, high turnover, lack of transparency and maturity in leadership. I was managed by a man who was new to the organization and retaliated when I attempted to communicate feedback to him and was reprimanded for reaching out for help.
