- I believe in the product. - The people are amazing, some of the most intelligent ones I've ever met. - Good perks - Opportunities to build and learn

Cons

- Start-up growing pains of operating at the scale we're growing/hiring - Ambiguous career opportunities/tracks (you really have to know what you want to do or at least have consistent and tactical conversations in order to find fulfillment)

Pros

The people here are the difference-maker. I've not worked with a more helpful, empathetic group who simultaneously set (and hit!) impressive targets and goals. We get things done here at Airtable, but we do things together as one team all pulling in the same direction.

Cons

Typical growing pains: we're continuously testing & implementing new processes and tools. Things aren't always easy here but I'm confident that I'll one day look back on this time at Airtable as the best of my career.
