Incredible product and team with strong leadership and vision
Pros
- People - from my experience, everyone at Airtable operated with deep empathy with a focus on team orientation and collaboration versus individual ego. While we like to have fun, everyone is still very driven on our mission at hand. It makes it such a joy to come into work everyday, despite starting remotely during the pandemic. - Product and trajectory - the product is top-notch which has led to tremendous growth in a short 1-2 years that I've been here and is of course heavily used in every function here. We've gone through two series of funding since I've been here, and there's no sign of slowing down our growth. Incredibly excited to see where we headed and be a part of it. - Employee wellbeing - I've really admired the company's approach to addressing how employees are feeling and have felt throughout times of turmoil. We have a number of mental health resources like Modern Health and Amelia at our disposal, and my manager has always given the team the space to take a mental health day. The C-Suite has also adjusted HR policies to give us recharge days, a better PTO structure, and focus weeks.
