      Pros

      The people are definitely the biggest pro; everyone is so collaborative, open, and willing to jump in and help. The product is also amazing.

      Cons

      There is a lot of restructuring going on constantly and it can be hard to keep up with, but that is to be expected with a startup.

      Pros

      Airtable is a really exciting rocket ship that’s helping to define the low-code/no-code segment. Brilliant colleagues throughout the company. Leadership cares about employees and the culture seems very collaborative and remote friendly.

      Cons

      As a startup, the lack of structure can be scary for folks that never experienced it. The plus is that there’s a major opportunity to shape things you don’t like.

      -- Incredibly talented colleagues making up the strongest team I've ever worked with, including other top-tier tech startups. Many people have impressive stints at other top startups like Facebook, Dropbox, and Spotify. -- Great values and culture: everyone I've met is willing to help and puts the team first -- INCREDIBLE mission to democratize software creation -- The impact of our product for our customers is amazing. Customers are building incredibly complex workflows in Airtable to store information and collaboratively manage projects, things they couldn't do with any other tool. -- Rocketship company with a massive market opportunity

      Cons

      -- Like any fast-growing startup, there are growing pains as we scale... We've doubled the company in the 8 months since Covid forced us to go remote -- We take pride in our work and this sometimes can mean long hours. But it's always been out of choice rather than necessity. -- No other cons I can think of, truly an amazing company!
