Pros

great culture and work environment. Really excited about the technology.

Cons

the deserts that they send out as gifts have waayyyy too much sugar in them. It's almost like they want to give you diabetes.

Pros

Everyone at Airtime is extremely nice, bright, and fun to work with. There are AMAZING benefits to working here as well - competitive salary, great healthcare benefits, flexible wfh policy, commuter benefits, and also an added perk of traveling between offices on the east and west coast.

Cons

In a startup, there are always growing pains, but I think were doing a good job of pushing forward.

Pros

Working with smart team members. Great company culture and general caring for one and other. Great benefits and comp especially for a startup. Great leadership core.

Cons

Honestly, the commute, but the company is trying to fix that, A little of bet of back and forth on decision making
