Pros

Everyone is very passionate about creating an excellent product and working on leading edge technology in order to do so. Benefits are amazing, with great salaries, flexible schedule and top-notch healthcare plans.

Cons

Commute, BUT the office is conveniently located 2 blocks away from Palo Alto's Caltrain station, it can be absolutely eased with proper planning around public transit schedule.

Pros

- Great and competent coworkers - Fun culture - Good pay for those in technical roles

Cons

- Very volatile in terms of company direction. Things seemed to change on a weekly basis and would change on a whim simply because the founder wanted them to. Decisions didn’t seem to be made based on data but rather what the founder thought was cool that week. - Job instability. Turnover felt common and was brought upon swiftly and quietly.
