Cons

It's surprising how many things are going wrong in this company. - No real leadership - CEO is dismissive and ignorant of the culture issues - No work life balance whatsoever - Huge employee turnover - people dont last more than a couple of months - Severe burnout issues Avoid coming to this company if you want to lead a healthy life.

nice workspace, and still got quite some hardworking people who are giving their best to the company.

Cons

Top Leadership doesn't know what people care is about. Most of the time, they just don't know what they are doing. High attrition. Lack of diversity. ruled out people are not from the top schools. only like to hire 1 type of people in the market -consultants from top business consulting firms.

- The US team is filled with cool, good people - Room for growth if you're lucky and haven't been churned out yet

Cons

Every negative review has a lot of truth to it. "Dysfunctional" would be a generous descriptor. If I could do it all over again, I would have chosen a different company. I regret joining Airwallex but it's too late now.
