- Rapid growing environment. - Can work with experienced and smart people coming from different industries, not only finance industry - Challenging but rewarding work: everyday is different. If you can embrace changing and solving problems, it's a good place to learn and grow

Cons

- Cross team collaboration is not strong enough. Sometimes it's not clear to find R&R of person in a project - Company culture: my last firm has very strong and iconic company culture, Airwallex can do better in term of team culture and value

Cons
