1. Challenging and rewarding work. I'm constantly learning and growing in my role. 2. People I worked with are generally very smart 3. The pace is fast. Through quick meetings and alignments, you will never need to go through months of discussion to solve one problem.

Cons

- This company heavily focus on the Hong Kong (Business and Risk) and China (Ops). If you are part of this region, you will have a hard time finding yourself dealing with opportunities and challenges coming from across the globe that is beyond your regional knowledge. - Resources is always stringent and short-handed.

Improved culture. The culture has significantly improved over the years I have worked here. Great team. Truly enjoy most of the people I work with. Supportive manager.

Cons

I think some people unfortunately don’t have a good manager and career growth can be limited. Often roadblocked making any changes or significant decisions.
