      1. Great benefits, caring employees, and a great working atmosphere. Colleagues are very friendly and easy to communicate with each other. 2. The work environment is nice, with the highest quality Macbook pro, liftable desks, and two 4k monitors. 3. We always use the latest technology stack, no historical burden on the code

      1. The business is growing too fast and not enough engineers. So the pace of work is fast 2. There are offices all over the world, and meetings sometimes need to be affected by customer service time difference

      1. People are committed to help new comers. My mentor helped me quickly getting familiar with my tasks when I joined the company. 2. Technical atmosphere is good. There are regular technical conferences. People are committed to share knowledge. 3. Goals are clear and developing tasks are well distributed. I know what I should do and move forward at a steady pace.

      Cons

      1. Infrastructure such as networking is not perfect. Sometimes it slows down my development. 2. Code repos are not well documented. It takes some time to do the preparation work before coding when switching to a new codebase.
