Great engineering culture, respect people, flexible working time, worshiping caftsmanship, obsession with improving product, make real impact with your skills, and where the first principles applied.

Cons

Priority and roadmap not very clearly defined, across team and domains alignment have space to improve, product design and project management not good enough to support faster product iteration. Not a perfect place but you can make difference.
