- business is growing fast (revenue and gross profits tripling YoY even in current economic condition) and on track to go public - equity in the company for every employee - moves very fast, action packed, entrepreneurial culture - always state-of-the-art tech stack and always experimenting with latest technologies, so a lot of learning oppotunities - top notch developers

- work life balance definitely shifts towards the work side
