      Company is growing at a very rapid pace and you get to work with smart people. The product and vision of the company is solid and everyone on the boat is sailing towards the same direction

      Great flexibility Working with people who are passionate about their work and take ownership and pride in what they do Collaborating to get things done, everyone wants to just contribute to get things done, and do it right

      In order to grow, there are a lot of initiatives going on at the same time, but its not really a Con, as long as you know how to priorities and multi-task

      -Lack of clarity of internal processes/policies/business goals -Clear value placed on the engagement, reward, and development opportunities for technical teams while the needs of other teams don't appear to be considered at all -Long work hours and expectation to be always 'on' -Disconnect between global offices -If you are not comfortable in a start-up environment, where there is ambiguity around most things this workplace will not be a good fit.
