      Pros

      I'm frankly shocked at many of the negative reviews. If you expect to only work the standard hours and not care about delivering results, why did you join a startup? Airwallex have some growing pains - it's now a company of 400+ employees but it's a global company with a lot of very smart people. Fintech is still one of the fastest growing industry and there are many great opportunities ahead.

      A lot of pressure and tight deadlines -- lazy people should not join a tech startup.

      1. Care about everyone's opinion and ideas. 2. Every team has their clear mission and focue. 3. Company's strategy are following the real markets and reflect the true status of the industry. 4. People here are skilled and professional. The management team and founders are quite hard working and take everything serious. 5. There is not a perfect company in the world which can meet everyone's need. A company is not a charity and it need to keep competitive and aggressive. Airwallex will never be a perfect company or which can offer staff a comfortable job experience. But it is a company with ambitious people and great future with amazing growth.

      Cons

      1. Should be more aggresive on the digital marketing and branding. 2. Lack of solidarity.
