Pros

Freedom to do as you please provided management is on your side. Some great people working there. Growing rapidly. Amazing technology stack with fast delivery speed. Free barista coffee.

Cons

Company direction changes often and fast. Very Asia focused. Strong focus on results rather the how. Quite hierarchical with an emphasis on title/responsibility. Demanding but driven CEO, so not for everybody.
