I can only say that the tech stack is modern.

Cons

Highly authoritarian way of management style. You will feel the micromanagement in engineering every day constantly. Don't expect any high trust and ownership to be given. In addition, people expose all their private life details to get leaves. When people have to get sick leave, they feel quite sorry and try to work as much as possible when they are sick. You can imagine the rest of the working culture. I'd especially stay away from Amsterdam Engineering office. Because, the management is pretty bad there.

Innovative company with a great product and ambition. There are many talented individuals on the team who are passionate about their work. Its a fast-paced environment, which can be exciting for those who thrive on challenges.

Cons

Unfortunately, the IT leadership team completely lets the place down. Their behaviour is unprofessional, cliquey, and at times, downright toxic. It felt more like dealing with high school drama than working in a professional setting.
