Decent pantry with snacks and drinks refilled daily. Slight higher starting base pay. Great office colleagues. 25 MYR foodpanda lunch pick-up allowance.

Cultured rooted from 996 CN culture, regularly working overtime. No OT rate/allowance and not even one time bonus for employees who performs Awarded more responsibility and workloads. Ambiguous promises from management, extremely unstableb flipping decision last minute. No proper training and extremely short training with senior level output expectation.
