Cons

Racial discrimination, micro-management, no respect for personal time, you name it. The longer you stay there, the harder it is for you to get a better job elsewhere.

Pros

Fast career growth: I joined as an Associate Account Executive and was promoted to Account Executive within three years based on performance and growth. Steep learning curve in fintech/payments: I am exposed to products across acquiring, issuing, and local payment methods, and I work with different industries (e.g., e-commerce, advertising, short video/short drama). High ownership: AEs are trusted with real responsibility for the sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, pricing, and coordinating onboarding. Smart and supportive teammates: I work with talented colleagues across sales, onboarding, product, and operations, and I can learn a lot from cross-functional collaboration. Global environment: I work with regional and global teams, which helps me understand different markets and payment needs.

Cons

Fast pace and high pressure: The growth speed and targets can be stressful at times; this is not a “slow and easy” sales job. Frequent changes: Products, processes, and priorities can change quickly; I need to adapt fast and stay updated.
