Pros

Little to no experience in the field, and they will hire and train you.

Cons

Center is growing at a rate that can't be sustained. Unreasonable expectations. Must park off site. Health insurance isn't very good. You have to work around the Jewish calendar, so traditional holidays don't mean much. Doctors and patients are closed minded, as this is an insular religious community. Low pay.

They hire great ancillary staff. Working with the community the center serves is very rewarding. Very competitive pay. Very caring staff.
