      benefits, time off whenever you need it

      Many transformations (advertising content to SaaS Security, now to Cloud computing) have been a cause for frequent layoffs even when the company is hitting its numbers. They are also seem to be performing aggressive recruiting in regions such as Poland, Ottawa, etc. which have a much lower cost of living than the US.

      Pros

      Good company overall. They have excellent healthcare, wellness days, wellness allowance and unlimited PTO. I enjoyed the team I was in although that team is no longer there.

      Cons

      Layoffs came very unexpectedly though after being there less than a year. Compensation is on the lower end but I found it worth it.
