      Pros

      Company culture, Excellent work if you are in the right team, No politics, Performance speaks everything, great colleagues, decent non work related activities

      Cons

      Bad retention benefits, Bad award/reward program. No special rewards for people who complete 5 years and more. Bad salary to freshers. Salaries are good only if you stay for 3 or more years in the company.

      Pros

      Akamai has few of the best n smart people. So it's a privilege to work with them. You get to learn a lot. It's a people s company and people are respected and valued a lot! There is ample opportunity for everyone to grow in the company.

      Cons

      Work load can get pretty high at times but it's manageable :)
