      Pros

      Great compensation and benefits. There are new, fun projects every day, and no two days are the same. It is extremely satisfying to work on projects that reach millions of people every day.

      Cons

      There is so much work to be done that it's hard to fit it all into normal business hours.

      Pros

      Kendall Square is a good location Office space has been recently remodeled There are a lot of bright employees

      Cons

      Very negative culture Poor treatment of most employees Support functions are not valued or respected Few benefits- no cafeteria, parking, child care, etc. Employees are expected to work a crushing amount of hours- there is pride in saying that you worked overnight or every single weekend

      Pros

      This company has been growing continuously for some time, which makes it the right place to be at the moment.

      Cons

      But, it is just like any other company. With all the entrapments of better work-life balance, salary, bonuses, laptops and whatnot, this company (rather the Bangalore office) is vitually indistinguishable from any other company.
