      The salary, increments and perks on offer are pretty awesome. Exposure to new technologies is an added advantage.

      Cons

      The amount of flexibility required is very high, not everybody can be available in odd hours

      Pros

      Lots of learning. Niche technology. Leaders in the CDN space. Great perks and know how to pamper their employees. IF you are ready to bend your back, there are numerous opportunities available.

      Cons

      Management in India has almost no say in decisions. US culture very evident which can make or break your career. Need to really slog it out if you need to keep your job. Training new employees and guiding them in adapting to the work culture will help in retaining potential high performers.

      A Product based company with a Start-up like attitude giving employees the importance they deserve. They only choose the best when they recruit people for the Job.

      Cons

      If you are not comfortable taking up responsibilities and getting the job done without any supervision. I wouldn't recommend this place for you.
