Pros

Pro is that you can look at glassdoor rating and feel like you are working for a good company

Cons

BEWARE! They have very frequent layoffs. You can lose your job anytime. What happens is they have managers who have spent more than a decade here. They hire employees and when layoffs are announced they remove them. Hence, they are able to retain their jobs while ruining other people’s livelihoods. The tech stack is too old. You won’t learn anything. The upper management is too busy retaining these master politicians. If you have an alternate offer, take it. Oh, and the RSU is worth nothing. They cannot make bold decisions of throwing these people out and retaining actual talent.

Pros

Great compansations. Lots of data, lots of technologies. Good people.

Cons

In my time CI and dev-ops were really behind, CI was always red up to release date. I hear they improved since then. Also they always had the filling of "lets invent everything and not use open-source" resulting in many in house tools.
