1. Work from Home policy. If your job title is @flex, you can essentially work from home for life. Offices are also decent if you want to work from an office. 2. Interaction with many smart people. 3. Your work has a huge impact on the worlds internet 4. Decent employee perks

1. Some systems are incredibly ancient and a pain to interact with 2. No formal structure on how engineering teams should function, each team acts like their own small company. 3. Bureaucracy among teams (ex. tickets take a long time to get resolved)
