Pros

You can work here and do very little. Remote options.

Cons

Stuck in its 90s legacy, and obsessed with MIT founders and MIT. Still pushing DEI training which is linked to performance reviews… values DEI/ESG, legacy, and middle management over innovation and productivity/profit.

Pros

- Competitive compensation, benefits - Good company politics and business ethics - Flexible work model allowing choice between office, home, or hybrid setup - Tons of highly intelligent individuals and a generally positive corporate culture - Established market presence and customer base

Cons

- Marketing org has a significant lack of management efficiency and accountability, making it the most disorganized I've encountered. - If you're a marketing professional focused on modern, data-driven digital B2B methods, I cannot recommend this organization. The absence of proper analytics and agility, along with outdated approaches, undermines its potential. - The CMO's competency in addressing these problems seems inadequate.
