Pros

Very nice working environment as far as office space and equipment provided. Great views from office. Benefits are acceptable and affordable. Flexible working hours. Has potential to be something special within the industry.

Cons

Interviewing processis very weak. Managment is very deceptive. Salaries are very low compared to industry standard. Management has very little patience to train. If you want to make suggestions on improving processes or making your job more dynamics then this isn't the company for you. Very stressful place to work.

Supports flexibility with work schedule, working at home if and when necessary with adaptable time off, the camaraderie of my colleagues.

Cons

Sometimes working in cubicle environment is distracting, and would be nice to be able to retreat behind a closed door to help concentrate.
