They have very good salaries for the education required.

Cons

You must play politics. It is not enough to do your work and others. The managers and supervisors must like you or they will make sure you are let go. The fabricate things against those employees. My area was a powder keg just asking for workplace violence.

Pay was ok at most.

Cons

work lots of overtime and was not really giving the equal amout of comp time back. Was giving a 1 week notice the contract was ending and they put no effort in trying to replace us in different areas of the company.
