Business Outlook
Pros
The people have always been wonderful. I mainly come to work each day to support them and make sure I do whatever I can to make their jobs easier. Most folks are overtasked and depressed, our sole solace found in being around each other. It wasn't always like this.
Cons
After we merged with corporate around 2011 the employee-centric workplace disintegrated. Upper management understaffed projects and worked the staff to the bone. The atmosphere is extremely stressful. Local management is woefully incompetent. The wonderful early days of our company are only a memory; this ship is going down.
