Pros
Huge projects with some of the biggest brands and companies. Great environment to learn about event production and experiential marketing. In-house Creative agency and Fabrication department are super powers!
Cons
Hard work and tight timelines. This is not an 8 to 5 chill out and collect a check job. Burn out is real. The company is growing and changing which can be challenging for individuals uncomfortable with ambiguity.
