      Strives to be diverse and inclusive, professional, takes ownership of areas of opportunity, asks employees for feedback

      Cons

      HR changes take a long time to process, a lot of things take a long time to process, they try to be better about communicating all of the things going on within the hospital, but that can result with burdensome amounts of email messages.
