Very family oriented and modified work environment to create social distancing and safety for all

Cons

Feels impossible to advance your career or be given a path to promotion. It's very convoluted and confusing. Even when meeting all the requirements, told to just be patient or "you're not ready yet."

Management and administration make changes that do not affect them. Uniform staffing guidelines that every department must maintain, behavioral health unit refuses patients which places more responsibility on other units with less specialized training for mental health patients
